Are you a tea- or a coffee-person? Both beverages are popular and spread worldwide. However, most people prefer one of them. What about you?
Enjoying tea:

The botanical name of the tea plant is Camellia sinensis. Depending on the processing of the tea leaves, black, green, oolong, white or yellow tea is created. Each tea has a different character and taste. And for each tea, there are also a variety of subcategories.
For example, I prefer Japanese green tea. Depending on the time of harvest, the duration of shading and how long it was steamed, different types of japanese green tea are produced.
Enjoying coffee:
Coffee beans are made from the berries of a plant called Coffea. In the first step, green coffee is produced out of the berries, then the green coffee will be roasted. The taste changes with the strength of the roast. There are many different ways of making coffee: as pour over, with a french press, with an espresso machine, as cold-brew…
