Could-Do-List

At least once per week, I write a To-Do List to order things I should do (primarily for work). It really helps to get things done, to remember important tasks and to make some kind of hierarchies of what’s the most important to do. To-Do-Lists are important, and it is good to write them regularly, but how often do we write pleasant activities on our To-Do-List? Most likely, there is no task like: ‘Going in the forest for a walk’ on your To-Do-List. This makes sense since this is not a task you have ‘to do’; it is just a task which would be nice to do, or in other words, a task you could do but must not do. However, it is necessary to also add nice activities to your schedule. So why not make a list only for the nice things? And since there is no pressure to do the task, let’s name the list ‘could-do-list’ instead of ‘to-do-list’.

For example, you could create a “could-do list” for each season. You can add seasonal activities or things you’ve wanted to do for a long time but haven’t had time to do yet. Be creative; there is no wrong or right. And if you don’t fulfil the task, that’s okay because it’s a “could-do”, not a “to-do” 😉

You can download the templates below for your Could-Do-List for Autumn. In the first list, there are suggested activities for autumn. The second list is empty. If you’ve completed a task, you can colour the corresponding item.
