How much time are you sitting each day? In the office, university or school, in your car or the train, while eating lunch…

Sitting for a long time is not healthy, so it is important to take enough active breaks and to move. You can also start your day with a short yoga lecture. Start with a small goal, like practising Yoga each morning for at least 10 minutes. Then, try to make it a daily routine. If this works, you can increase the period if it fits into your daily schedule.

How to start your Yoga practice? You can find a lot of free online courses, like videos on YouTube, where you can learn Yoga. My favourite homepage for Yoga practice is Down Dog.
